As of 2020, all proceeds from Everyday Light will be donated to Success Academy Charter Schools.
The pandemic taught me many things, but most importantly, it reminded me of how privileged so many of us are. Even through the difficult times, I recognized with immense gratitude that my children were safe, warm, fed, and had effectively uninterrupted access to a strong education. Unfortunately, that is not the case for so many children across the world and specifically here, in NYC. I believe that education is the cornerstone of improving the lives of underprivileged children and can think of no better way to expand the impact and the joy I am trying to create through my photography, than by donating your session fees to an organization that is transforming education for so many children in NYC. Sessions are $850 and include the following:
A consultation with me about style, location, clothing, etc
90-120 minutes of shooting with me outside or in your home for your immediate family of up to 6 people (note: newborn sessions can take up to 3 hours)
40+ fully edited digital images delivered to you via a private, password-protected, online gallery 3-4 weeks after the session
All high resolution digital files of your images
I primarily shoot in Manhattan and Brooklyn, but will travel to NJ, upstate NY and CT for an additional fee (ask me for details).
I can donate your session fees myself or you can provide proof of donation (please check if your employer will match your donation).
